The business has a strong pipeline of civil infrastructure work, including TMR projects, and is looking for someone who can take ownership on site and help drive projects through to completion.
The Role
- Lead crews across civil and infrastructure projects
- Work across major road and TMR projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, plant and labour
- Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to program
- Work closely with the Project Manager and wider site team
- Maintain high standards across quality and site compliance
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil construction
- Previous experience as a Leading Hand or Foreman
- Strong background in civil infrastructure and/or TMR projects
- Confident leading crews and coordinating site activities
- Strong understanding of safety, quality and project delivery
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Based on or willing to work on the Sunshine Coast
- Sunshine Coast based projects
