We’re currently recruiting experienced Leading Hands
and Foremen
for a number of urban subdivision projects across South East Queensland. Our clients are established and reputable civil contractors with strong pipelines of residential land development work throughout the region.
These roles are ideal for professionals who have hands-on experience in subdivisions and are confident leading teams, managing site operations, and delivering projects to high standards.
About the Roles These roles involve overseeing day-to-day site operations on subdivision projects including bulk earthworks, road construction, drainage, sewer and water infrastructure, and service installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate site crews across multiple stages of subdivision works
- Manage subcontractors, machinery, and materials on-site
- Interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance
- Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Superintendents
- Identify and address site issues to keep the job on track
- Previous experience as a Leading Hand or Foreman on urban subdivision projects
- Solid knowledge of civil scopes: earthworks, sewer, stormwater, water mains, roadworks, etc.
- Long-term civil opportunities across Queensland
- Work with top-tier and mid-tier civil contractors
- Competitive hourly rates or salary packages
