Join a respected luxury residential builder delivering architecturally designed homes valued up to $20M across Sydney’s most prestigious suburbs. This is your chance to step into a hands-on Leading Hand
role, working on bespoke projects with a company known for quality craftsmanship and exceptional detail.
About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Leading Hand with a strong carpentry background to support site delivery on high-end residential projects. Working closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager, you’ll be the go-to person on site, driving day-to-day operations, coordinating trades, and maintaining the high standards these builds demand.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and motivating site teams to ensure work is completed to schedule and quality standards
- Hands-on carpentry and tool work when required
- Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring site safety and compliance
- Working closely with the Site Manager to deliver projects smoothly and efficiently
- Maintaining a tidy, organized and professional site at all times
- Trade-qualified carpenter with several years’ experience on high-end residential projects
- Proven experience in a Leading Hand or Foreman support role
- Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Reliable, proactive, and passionate about building exceptional homes
- Work on landmark architecturally designed homes in the Eastern Suburbs

Salary: Up to $140K + Super (depending on experience)
