Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a small team of carpenters on-site.
- Coordinate daily carpentry tasks and ensure work is completed on schedule.
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
- Assist with site planning and liaise with the project management team.
- Support junior trades and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Proven experience as a carpenter, with previous leading hand experience preferred.
- Solid knowledge of residential construction, particularly townhouse projects.
- Ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Motivation to grow into a Site Supervisor role.
- QBCC licence is highly desirable.
