About the Role:
- Work on heritage projects valued up to $4M
- Lead or support carpentry teams on-site
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Collaborate closely with project managers and trades
- Proven experience on heritage or high-end residential projects
- Strong carpentry skills and ability to work to heritage standards
- Leadership experience (for Leading Hand roles)
- Reliable, professional, and safety-conscious
