are seeking a Site Supervisor with a carpentry background
to join a highly regarded residential builder known for delivering exceptional high-end homes. With a strong reputation for quality and craftsmanship, this builder has earned the trust of clients and architects alike - resulting in a solid pipeline of upcoming bespoke projects.
As a Supervisor, you’ll take full ownership of your site and will be reporting to the Director of the business. You’ll manage a close-knit team of Carpenters and Apprentices, while also staying actively involved on the tools when needed.
This isn’t a management only supervisor role - we're looking for someone who leads by example, communicates well on site, and takes pride in their work.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all aspects of daily site operations
- Coordinating with trades and suppliers
- Working alongside the team on carpentry tasks
- Ensuring quality, safety, and timelines are met
- Representing the company professionally with clients and architects
- Qualified Carpenter with strong experience in architecturally designed residential builds
- Confident managing trades while still happy to be hands-on
- Strong communicator and natural team leader
- Down-to-earth, proactive, and reliable
