We are seeking a trade-qualified L eading Hand / Site Supervisor to join our team and drive strong site performance across safety, quality, commercial outcomes, and subcontractor management.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project documentation and assist with procurement and subcontract scopes
- Support planning and programming with the Site Manager
- Manage subcontractors to ensure compliance with contract, quality, WHS, and environmental requirements
- Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, inductions, and safety reporting
- Monitor variations, RFIs, and EOTs while identifying commercial risks
- Maintain accurate site records using company software
- Trade qualified with First Aid Certificate
- Experience in a similar Leading Hand or supervisory role
- Proven ability to drive site performance and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills with a firm but fair approach
- High attention to detail and strong safety focus
