The Role:
With another busy year forecasted for 2026, they are taking the opportunity to bring on board a leading hand with digger excavator, and posi track experience to lead small crews, and be guided into a supervisor within the business within a 12 month period. Complete with a handover, this role will the perfect pathway into taking that next step in your career!

To Be Successful You Will Have:
- Relevant qualifications and operating tickets.
- Minimum of 3 Years Experience as a leading hand or supervisor.
- C-Class Drivers Licence.
- Western Power Access Card (Highly Desirable).
- Experience completing Before You Dig Enquiries.
- Career Development Pathway into a supervisor role.
- Up to $45 per hour + penalties.
