The Opportunity:
You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and managing expectations regarding he construction phase including maintenance enquiries.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the post-key handover process.
- Liasing with key clients regarding the post construction of their project
- Coordinating with suppliers
- Collaborate closely with the internal teams
- Adhoc admin as required
The ideal candidate will demonstrate an outstanding client-centric approach and aims to advance their career with a company they take pride in representing in the market.
- 1+ years of relevant building industry experience
- Current experience working as a client liaison consultant considered
- Excellent customer service, time management and attention to detail skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude to your work
