Key Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations across the aftercare and maintenance functions. You will be the key liaison between residents, contractors, and internal teams, handling service requests, scheduling repairs, and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance works with trades and contractors
- Manage incoming maintenance requests and track progress to completion
- Communicate with residents to provide updates and resolve queries
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting
- Support the wider team with administration and compliance requirements
- Previous administration or coordination experience (maintenance or residential background ideal)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and database systems
- A customer-first mindset with a solutions-focused approach
- Up to $80k + Super
