Maintenance Electrician – Afternoon Shift | $60/hr  Glendenning 
FMCG | Advanced Manufacturing Facility

A leading international manufacturer is currently seeking an experienced   Maintenance Electrician   to join their team at a state-of-the-art facility located in Glendenning. This is a full-time, Afternoon   shift   position running   Monday to Friday, with unlimited   overtime available.

The Role As a Maintenance Electrician , you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing a wide range of production machinery to ensure maximum uptime and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform  preventative and breakdown maintenance  on electrical and control systems across automated equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical faults  on conveyors, motors, sensors, PLC-controlled systems, and other plant machinery.
  • Assist with the  installation, wiring, and commissioning  of new equipment and system upgrades.
  • Conduct  electrical safety testing and inspections  in accordance with relevant standards.
  • Maintain accurate  service and maintenance documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with mechanical and automation teams to ensure  equipment reliability and uptime.
  • Comply with all  electrical safety regulations and company quality standards.
About You
  • Trade qualified  Electrical Fitter / Electrician  (Cert III or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated experience in a  manufacturing, automation, or industrial maintenance  environment.
  • Strong knowledge of  electrical systems, control panels, and fault-finding techniques.
  • Experience working with  PLC-based systems, VSDs, and instrumentation (advantageous).
  • Commitment to  safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to read and interpret  electrical drawings and schematics.
