Earning Potential: OTE $120,000 Take Home + Super + Overtime

We’re currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter
to join a team in Horsley Park. With a strong pipeline of work and recent multi-million dollar investment in new, state-of-the-art machinery, this is an opportunity to be part of a modern, forward-thinking operation.
What You’ll Do:
- As a Maintenance Fitter you will perform preventative and reactive maintenance across a range of production equipment
- This Maintenance Fitter will troubleshoot and repair mechanical faults to reduce downtime
- The Maintenance Fitter will work closely with production teams to ensure machinery operates efficiently
- The Maintenance Fitter will assist with the installation and commissioning of new machinery
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and contribute to continuous improvement
- Trade qualified Fitter with proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with hydraulics, pneumatics, and automated systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts and contribute to overtime as required
- $45–$50 per hour + shift loadings
- Overtime available – OTE $120K+ take-home
