Monday - Friday (38 hours)
Company: A leading manufacturing company based in Perth, WA. They are now looking for a morning shift Maintenance Fitter to join the team in an modern new facility.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our machinery and equipment. This is a crucial role in maintaining our production efficiency and meeting our customer demands.
Responsibilities:
- As a Maintenance Fitter you will conduct routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- The Maintenance Fitter will perform troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify and resolve any mechanical issues.
- This Maintenance Fitter will carry out preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Collaborate with the production team and other Maintenance Fitters to address any equipment-related concerns and provide timely solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Fitter or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong maintenance fitter knowledge of mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors.
- As a maintenance fitter you will need to be proficient in reading technical drawings and manuals.
