We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join our Afternoon Shift maintenance team based in Ingleburn.
Working within a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for preventative and breakdown maintenance across production machinery and plant equipment to ensure minimal downtime and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- As Maintenance Fitter you will carry out preventative and reactive maintenance
- This Maintenance Fitter will diagnose and repair mechanical faults on production machinery
- The Maintenance Fitter will perform equipment inspections and servicing
- The Maintenance Fitter will work closely with production teams to minimise downtime
- As the Maintenance Fitter will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- The Maintenance Fitter will maintain a safe and clean work environment
- This Maintenance Fitter will complete maintenance reporting and documentation

- Trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter / Fitter & Turner
- Previous experience within manufacturing, FMCG, industrial, or production environments
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, hydraulics and pneumatics
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
