Maintenance Manager - $1m+ Homes

Are you an experienced Maintenance Supervisor who takes pride in quality service and building lasting client relationships? We’re working with a well-respected residential builder known for delivering premium homes ranging from $800K to $2M, and they’re looking for a capable Maintenance Supervisor to join their team.

The Role:

Covering homes from Yanchep to Safety Bay, you'll be based in a modern Northern Suburbs office, supported by two experienced Maintenance Coordinators. Your day-to-day will involve a mix of office-based coordination and hands-on work in the field.

Key responsibilities include:

• Attending completed homes during the 6-month maintenance period and beyond to assess reported issues
• Completing minor repairs on-site where appropriate
• Conducting structural and warranty checks across a broad portfolio
• Liaising directly with homeowners to ensure a positive experience
• Coordinating with the Maintenance Coordinators to book and manage trades for larger or specialised repairs
• Maintaining detailed records and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and to a high standard

• Previous experience in residential maintenance or construction supervision
• Trade background preferred but not essential
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to juggle time on-site and in-office effectively
• A proactive, customer-focused approach

• Salary up to $125K + Super
