About the Role:
As the Maintenance Manager, you’ll take ownership of the post-construction phase – ensuring that completed homes are maintained to the highest standard and that any issues are resolved promptly and professionally. Your focus will be on delivering a seamless handover and maintenance experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all warranty and maintenance issues post-handover
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to complete rectification works
- Conduct regular site visits to assess defects and ensure high-quality finishes
- Liaise with clients, site supervisors, and trades to schedule and resolve issues quickly
- Ensure timely close-out of defect lists and client requests
- Maintain accurate records of all works completed and communication logs
- Build long-term relationships with homeowners by delivering excellent service
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Manager or Supervisor in high-end residential construction
- Trade background highly desirable
- Excellent knowledge of defect management, construction finishes, and luxury home standards
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Reliable, proactive, and highly organized
