I am seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join a well-established manufacturing operation based in the South West of WA.
This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the maintenance function, improving plant reliability, minimising downtime and leading a skilled maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the site maintenance team
- Manage preventative, planned and reactive maintenance programs
- Drive plant reliability, efficiency and continuous improvement
- Manage contractors, budgets and maintenance compliance
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Superintendent or similar
- Strong manufacturing, FMCG or industrial maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical maintenance knowledge
- Proven leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- $140,000 – $160,000 + super
- Senior leadership position with genuine autonomy
