What you’ll be doing
- Coordinate maintenance works across completed homes
- Manage 6‑month warranty inspections, follow‑ups and rectification scheduling
- Complete and oversee gapping work and minor defect checks
- Conduct site visits, assess issues and organise trades
- Maintain accurate job notes, documentation and workflow updates
- Liaise with clients, trades and internal teams to keep aftercare running smoothly
- Experience in residential maintenance, supervision or trade coordination
- Strong communication and client‑facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and competing priorities
- Solid understanding of single‑storey residential construction
- Reliable, organised and confident working independently
- Salary up to $90k + super + car allowance
- Predominantly SOR projects
- Stable builder with supportive systems and processes
