Design & Build has partnered with an Australian-owned residential builder specialising in volume home and medium-density projects.
With their footprint covering all states of the country, they are on a growth journey and have a fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance & Warranty Manager to join their leadership team and oversee the division, including Maintenance Supervisors and Administrators.
As the Maintenance & Warranty Manager you will be responsible for:
- Managing the workflow for maintenance works and inspections
- Ensuring all post-handover activities are managed in line with the agreed contract specifications
- Motivating the team of supervisors and subcontractors, as well as facilitating continuous improvement around quality and knowledge
- Conducting quality inspections, holding trades and suppliers accountable for quality and time frames
- Ensuring compliance with OH&S legislation
- Providing excellent customer service to clients at all times
- Maintaining accurate documentation on jobs and reporting weekly to management on metrics
To be considered for the position of Maintenance & Warranty Manager you will require:
- 2+ years’ experience in a Maintenance/Warranty Management role
- Demonstrated background across Maintenance/Warranty supervision
- A trade background, or a relevant tertiary qualification related to Construction
- The ability to lead and motivated a team of supervisors and administrators
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of regulations
- Sound knowledge of OH&S
