An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced manufacturing leader to join a well-established and growing organisation in Perth.
This is a senior operational leadership role with responsibility for leading a high-performing manufacturing function, developing frontline leaders and driving improvements across safety, quality, productivity and operational performance.
The Opportunity You will lead a team of supervisors and play a key role in supporting the continued growth and development of the manufacturing operation. This position will suit someone who enjoys being hands-on, developing people and driving positive operational change.
What We're Looking For
- Senior leadership experience within manufacturing, construction or a related environment
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop supervisors and operational teams
- Strong understanding of safety, quality, production and continuous improvement
- Confident managing change, competing priorities and operational targets
- Modular experience is highly advantageous
