Marketing Manager – B2C Energy Technology

This is a hands-on, individual contributor role for a commercially minded marketer who thrives on ownership and execution. You’ll lead local campaigns, product marketing initiatives, and brand growth strategies focused on Australian consumers.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Lead and execute local B2C marketing campaigns
across digital, events, retail, and partner channels
• Develop and deliver go-to-market strategies
for residential energy products
• Manage brand presence at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
• Work closely with sales teams and distribution partners to drive demand generation and customer acquisition
• Create marketing assets tailored to the Australian market, ensuring clear customer messaging
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise based on data and local market insights
• Support product launches and promotional initiatives
What We’re Looking For
• 3–5+ years’ experience in marketing, product marketing, or growth marketing
• Strong background in B2C marketing
and customer-focused campaigns
• Experience managing local marketing programs, events, or conferences
• Demonstrated ability to build and execute go-to-market strategies
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, scaling business environment
• Excellent communication skills and deep understanding of the Australian consumer market
Nice to Have (But Not Essential)
• Experience in solar, energy storage, electrical, electronics, or telecommunications
• Exposure to working with technical or hardware products
• Experience working with global or cross-border teams
