We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Drafter with strong Autodesk Inventor experience to join our growing team. This role will see you working on a variety of exciting and complex projects, producing high-quality mechanical drawings and contributing to the successful delivery of engineered solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- As a Mechanical Drafter you will create detailed mechanical drawings and designs using Autodesk Inventor
- This Mechanical Drafter will interpret engineering concepts and translate them into accurate technical drawings
- The Mechanical Drafter will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and other drafters to develop project solutions
- This Mechanical Drafter will ensure all drawings and documentation comply with relevant industry standards and specifications
- The Mechanical Drafter will review and revise drawings based on feedback and project requirements
- This Mechanical Drafter will maintain organized documentation and drawing registers
- As the Mechanical Drafter you will support the engineering team with design improvements and technical input
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Drafter, ideally within infrastructure, energy, mining, or oil & gas industries
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Inventor
- Solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles
- High attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
