A leading national HVAC contractor is expanding its in-house project delivery team and is looking for an experienced Mechanical Plumber to support a growing pipeline of technical upgrades, refurbishments and retrofit projects.

The Role
Working as part of a dedicated projects team, you’ll deliver mechanical plumbing works across commercial, healthcare, education and industrial sites.
Projects will focus on plant upgrades, system replacements, and retrofit solutions within live environments.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Installation of chilled water, condenser water and heating water pipework systems
- Plant room upgrades including pumps, valves, strainers and associated equipment
- AHU replacements and mechanical system retrofits
- Reading and interpreting drawings, specs and hydraulic schematics
- Coordinating with site managers, electricians and commissioning teams
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to high quality standards
- Trade qualified Mechanical Plumber
- Proven experience delivering commercial HVAC projects
- Strong knowledge of chilled and heating water systems
- Experience working on upgrades, refurbishments or retrofit projects
- Ability to work within live buildings with minimal disruption
- White Card (essential)
- Secure, long-term work with a national contractor
- Strong pipeline of upgrade and refurbishment projects
- Supportive leadership and structured project teams
- Career progression into Leading Hand or Site Supervisor roles
