Your Opportunity
As the Construction Manager, you will take full ownership of project delivery across multiple sites, ensuring that works are completed safely, to scope, and in accordance with quality standards. You will be the key operational leader on site, coordinating subcontractors, managing risks, and driving performance.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in the metal roofing industry
- Strong industry knowledge and established relationships with builders and suppliers
- Energy, motivation, and the drive to support the success of a growing team
- Confidence working closely with installers and managing outcomes on site
- Supervision experience essential
- Operational experience is highly regarded
- A strong network of subcontractors across all regions of metro Melbourne
