What you'll be doing day to day:
- Space planning and interior design services, producing designs and plans in Revit format as required to meet sales deadlines
- Present, promote and gain internal and external commitment to the design component of our services package
- Build client relationships to enhance prospect of winning current and future projects
- Organise external services as required for projects – Engineers, Council & Suppliers
- Support Design Manager in the development of new design initiatives
- Regular and effective communication with the client
- Assist in sales presentations
- Understanding all aspects of a design and construct project, including the team, and the construction delivery method
- Minimum of 5 years as an Interior Designer in corporate or workplace projects
- Must have experience working in a D&C environment
- Tertiary qualifications in interior design/architecture
- Experience managing design projects from concept, documentation, approvals, through to construction
- Proficient in Revit
- BCA and Australian Standards knowledge and proven experience
- Excellent communication and pitch presentation skills
- High attention to detail
- The ability and attitude to work with a broad range of local, government and globally based clients
