About the Role
This is a mid-level role suited to an experienced residential designer who is confident working across multiple projects and engaging directly with high-end clients.
You’ll be working closely with senior leadership while also taking ownership of your own projects, contributing across all phases — from early design concepts through to detailed documentation and delivery.
The role requires someone who is agile, organised, and comfortable shifting between project stages, often working across 3–4 projects simultaneously.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading and contributing to high-end residential projects from concept through to completion
  • Producing and developing design concepts, presentations, and client-facing material
  • Delivering detailed documentation in Revit
  • Managing multiple projects concurrently across different stages
  • Liaising directly with clients, consultants, and internal teams
  • Maintaining strong design intent through all phases of delivery
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 6+ years’ experience in interior design
  • Strong background in high-end residential projects(essential)
  • Some exposure to hospitality (hotels, golf clubs, etc.) is beneficial but not required
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work across concept and documentation phases
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence working directly with high-end clients
  • A polished, professional, and articulate approach
  • A flexible, proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
