A growing design and construction business is expanding their in-house design team and looking for a talented Interior Designer to join their collaborative and fast-paced studio.
You’ll work across an exciting portfolio of hospitality and high-end residential projects, including several for major hospitality groups, taking a hands-on role from concept through to delivery.
This role would suit a strong mid-level designer ready to step up, or a seasoned senior designer keen to help shape and grow a team. You’ll be confident running documentation, comfortable leading client presentations, and enthusiastic about mentoring junior designers.
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in interior design (hospitality or luxury residential focus)
- Previous experience in a design and construction environment preferred
- Confident presenting to clients and managing projects independently
- Proficient in SketchUp and AutoCAD (software flexibility offered)
- Collaborative mindset and eagerness to help grow a design team
- Be part of a growing, design-led construction studio
- Work closely with a supportive and experienced Design Manager
