Now, they’re looking to welcome a NatHERS Energy Assessor into the team on a part time basis offering complete flexibility and the ability to work from anywhere in the country.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Complete accurate and timely NatHERS energy assessments across a variety of residential projects
- Liaise with internal designers and drafting teams to ensure best practice energy outcomes
- Provide expert feedback and advice on improving thermal performance and compliance
- Operate autonomously, managing your own schedule and workload
- Play a key role in helping the business deliver consistently high energy ratings across their designs
- Fully remote – work from anywhere in Australia
- Flexible hours (ideal for parents)
- Consistent pipeline of 8 to 9 plus star rated homes
- Projects from $500k to $2M plus across metro, coastal and regional locations
- Set your own hours – work around school drop offs, other work, or personal commitments
- $75k - $85k + Super (prorata)

- Current NatHERS Assessor Accreditation (FirstRate5 or HERO experience preferred)
- Previous experience completing residential energy assessments
- Familiarity with construction drawings and residential compliance standards
- Strong attention to detail and independent working style
- Passionate about sustainability and energy efficient housing
