This is a great opportunity for a hands-on Foreman with a strong background in commercial construction, structural steel and coordinating trades in a fast-paced site environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly site operations and coordinate subcontractors and trades.
- Supervise structural steel installation and associated construction activities.
- Coordinate site works to ensure the project stays on programme.
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety and workmanship.
- Communicate effectively with project management, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
- Manage site handovers and ensure works are completed efficiently each night.
- Identify and resolve onsite issues as they arise.
- Previous experience as a Foreman on commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of structural steel and installation processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple trades and maintain programme deadlines.
- Comfortable working night shifts and able to sustain a consistent night-work schedule throughout the contract.
- Strong understanding of site safety, quality control and construction sequencing.
- Available to commence on 25 November 2026 and commit through to February 2027, allowing for the Christmas shutdown.
