Role Details:
- Schedule: Permanent night shift, Sunday–Thursday
- Duration: Until end of November (with potential for ongoing work)
- Location: South Australia
- Rate: $800 - $900 per shift(PAYG / ABN will determine rate)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a small, mixed-gender nightshift team during installation works
- Maintain team cohesion and communication without Project Director onsite
- Ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery of VMS signage installations
- Coordinate day-to-day operations, resolving issues proactively
About You:
- Proven foreman or supervisory experience, ideally in civil construction (other relevant backgrounds considered)
- Strong leadership and communication skills; trusted to manage team independently
- Ability to motivate a small team and maintain high standards on night shifts
