An established commercial construction contractor is seeking an experienced Nightshift Supervisor
to deliver a commercial project in Adelaide.
The role will focus on night works over a 4-month program, requiring strong coordination, safety leadership, and stakeholder management to minimise disruption to centre operations.
Role Overview
Reporting into the Project Team, you will take full ownership of night works, ensuring trades are coordinated effectively while maintaining strict safety and quality controls in a live environment.
- Start time: Evening / night shift (TBC)
- Finish time: Will fluctuate based on program and trades on site
- Start: Late April / Early May 2026
- Supervise and coordinate all nightshift construction activities
- Manage subcontractors and sequencing of works
- Ensure compliance with OH&S in a live retail environment
- Liaise with day shift/site management for smooth handovers
- Maintain quality standards and programme milestones
- Manage access, noise, and operational constraints within the centre
- Proven experience supervising night works on commercial or retail projects
- Strong understanding of live environment construction (shopping centres highly regarded)
- Confident managing multiple trades and fast-paced programmes
- White Card essential
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
