Reporting directly to senior management, you will play a key role across office operations, administration, and executive support. This is a varied position suited to someone proactive, professional, and confident managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive support to Directors and senior management
- Coordinate diaries, meetings, travel, and appointments
- Manage office operations and administration processes
- Support project administration and documentation
- Handle onboarding, office supplies, and general coordination
- Assist with accounts administration, invoicing, and PO management
- Maintain a professional and efficient office environment
- Previous experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or Senior Administrator
- Experience within construction, engineering, property, or trades highly regarded
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
- High attention to detail and professionalism
- Proficient across Microsoft Office Suite
