As the Workplace Experience Officer, you'll be responsible for all round office management while delivering an outstanding workplace experience for staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a professional and well-maintained workplace.
- Act as the main point of contact for building management and facilities-related matters.
- Welcome visitors and manage reception and office security procedures.
- Coordinate onboarding for new employees and support offboarding processes.
- Ensure workplace health and safety standards are maintained.
- Assist leaders with office administration and employee engagement initiatives.
- Organise team events, staff celebrations and employee recognition activities.
- Manage office supplies, amenities and workplace presentation.
- Process general administrative tasks, including timesheet adjustments.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to continuously improve the workplace experience.
- Previous experience in Office Management, Workplace Experience, Facilities Coordination or a similar administration role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A friendly, approachable and professional communication style.
- High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proactive with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems quickly.
- 3-month temporary contract with an immediate start.
