As the business continues to grow, the Sales & Operations Manager is on the lookout for a proactive Operations Executive to take ownership of the entire product sales process from initial quote to successful handover.

- Manage the full sales cycle from quote to handover, ensuring a smooth transition to project delivery.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients including Powerlink, TransGrid, Essential Energy, ElectraNet, Western Power, Horizon Power, and Transpower NZ.
- Prepare accurate quotes and tenders, ensuring alignment with technical requirements, pricing, and timelines.
- Liaise with suppliers for pricing and collaborate with technical and commercial teams
- Ensure all offers comply with company policies and receive appropriate internal approvals before submission.
- Oversee document versioning, distribution, and compliance, ensuring quality and consistency across all project documentation.
- Maintain proactive communication with customers to confirm details, follow up on quotes, and provide ongoing support.
- Keep the CRM system updated with real-time information and generate regular internal sales reports.
- Strong administrative skills and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail, particularly in technical and commercial reviews.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
- Demonstrated ability to manage compliance systems.
- Great customer service skills with the ability to prioritise work and service requests.
- Great interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a diverse range of people.
- Demonstrated ability to ‘think outside the box’ and to apply innovation and technology to solutions.
- Self-motivated, have a positive can-do attitude required in small enterprise and prepared to work autonomously
