Our client is a key service to the Residential Construction industry. They are looking for a Customer Success and Operations Officer
who thrives in a dynamic, customer-focused environment and is eager to take ownership of processes that drive client satisfaction and business growth
- Be the right hand to the Director – providing executive assistance support and helping the team stay on track.
- Champion the customer experience – from onboarding to ongoing support, you’ll ensure our clients are happy, heard, and thriving.
- Own the workflow – coordinate meetings, allocate tasks, track deliverables, and recommend process improvements.
- Report with purpose – deliver clear, data-driven weekly updates on key metrics: sales, productivity, and client engagement.
- Build lasting relationships – develop a deep understanding of our clients’ needs, ensure timely resolution of issues, and always go the extra mile.
- Promote product adoption – help clients get the most out of our services and identify opportunities to add value.
- Get social – monitor social media activity and suggest strategies to grow awareness and business opportunities.
About You
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- A strong sense of ownership and ability to drive team culture
- Experience with workflow/project management tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level)
- Hands-on experience with Xero (intermediate level)
- Background in sales, marketing, or customer success
- Bonus points for exposure to the building or construction industry
The successful candidate will receive a remuneration package of upwards of $90k + superannuation.
- Fully remote role - WFH (potentially 1-2 days in Castle Hill HQ)
