Part-Time WHS Manager – Construction / Fit-Out Projects (3 Days/Week)
We’re seeking an experienced WHS Coordinator/Manager
to oversee health and safety across multiple projects, ensuring staff, contractors, and clients operate in a safe, compliant environment. This role is ideal for someone looking to step back from full-time site-based work or return from maternity leave.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update internal WHS systems to meet current legislation and best practice.
- Ensure compliance with client WHS requirements and portals (e.g., CM3, Rapid Global, Browz).
- Conduct site audits, risk assessments, and SWMS reviews.
- Investigate incidents, implement corrective actions, and provide lessons learned.
- Deliver WHS training and inductions for staff and contractors.
- Advise project teams on compliance obligations
- Cert 4 in Work Health & Safety
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in WHS management within construction or fit-out.
- Sound knowledge of WHS legislation and compliance systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and WHS management systems.
- Kirrawee, Sydney
- Part-time – 3 days per week
