The Role & Project:
The project, based South of the River, is a $10M maintenance project, where you will lead a team of up to 20 labourers, and suited to someone with a minimum of 5 years site supervising in a similar space. The role will be hands one and suited to someone who is used to being involved, and understands strong delivery comes from a strong site culture.
Skills and Experience:
- You will have a minimum of 5 years of local experience, working as a civil/site supervisor with predominately bridge construction, maintenance and remediation works.
- A supervisor who understands people management, and aims to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Committed to maintaining a safe workplace, with an understanding of HSEQ principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
