The Company
Backed by one of the biggest & best players in Australia's civil construction scene, our client have entered the Australian & NZ commercial scene to deliver projects across sectors including Community & Sports, Education, Healthcare, Defense, and Industrial.
The Role
- To manage and coordinate Project and Tender Submission planning, Project controls and the implementation of associated work programs.
- Develop initial tender programmes, review and update for construction programmes and establish project planning teams on site as appropriate.
- Identify, train and mentor potential young coordinators/engineers in all facets of project planning and Project control.
- Planning and Scheduling of existing and future projects, including the translation and development of construction drawings and documentation
- Auditing of construction project programmes to ensure they align with the company building procedures
- Collaborating with project teams, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders
- 2+ years' experience as a Planner working on construction projects
- A tertiary qualification in construction
- Knowledge of specific planning or scheduling softwares
- Understanding of cost management from a preliminary
