General responsibilities:
- Lead post-completion activities including defects management, remedial works and statutory obligations
- Monitor quality and compliance
- Build strong relationships with project teams, consultants, legal representatives, strata and building managers
- Support customer-facing teams to ensure efficient and high-quality defect resolution
- Manage remedial trade engagement, cost control, reporting and process improvement
- 7+ years’ experience within construction or project management
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of remedial works, quality assurance and compliance frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to lead stakeholders and navigate complex challenges
