We're looking for a Pre-Construction Manager
to lead and coordinate our early project phases – from tender through to project commencement – ensuring smooth transitions and exceptional client experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the pre-construction process including planning, estimating, programming and client liaison
- Coordinate with design, estimating, and project teams to ensure alignment and efficiency
- Work closely with clients, consultants and subcontractors to drive value and innovation
- Manage documentation and approvals to ensure seamless handover to delivery teams
- Identify and manage project risks early in the process
- Proven experience in a pre-construction or project management role within commercial fit-outs or construction new build
- Strong understanding of D&C contract models and stakeholder management
- Exceptional communication, organisation and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
