Key Responsibilities
- Managing client selections across interiors, exteriors, fixtures, and finishes
- Preparing pre‑start documentation, variations, and compliance requirements
- Coordinating with estimating, drafting, and construction to ensure accuracy
- Providing guidance on product options, upgrades, and budgets
- Reviewing plans and specifications with high attention to detail
- Maintaining strong client communication throughout pre‑construction
- Experience as a Pre‑Start Consultant or similar role in residential building (minimum 1 year)
- Strong product knowledge across materials, finishes, and suppliers
- Excellent communication skills with confidence in client‑facing environments
- High attention to detail and ability to review plans, variations, and specifications accurately
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines with consistency and precision
- Willingness to learn — training and support can be provided for the right candidate
