- Support retail and investor clients across Project and the occasional Custom Home builds
- Keep clients informed with clear and timely updates throughout the Preconstruction process
- Liaise and track jobs with internal staff across multiple departments

- 1+ years of experience working as a Preconstruction Coordinator for a residential builder
- Excellent customer service, time management and attention to detail skills
