This project homes builder is well established and has developed a great industry reputation across their 20+ years of operation. Currently building upwards of around 100-150 new homes & developments a year, the time is now to join this tight-knit team within this busy, Inner-West Sydney office (CBD outskirts).
- Client engagement and problem-solving
- Set up and maintain project files from pre-site to settlement
- Contract variations
- Liaise with estimating and drafting teams
- Obtain permit applications and developer approvals
- Provide Administrative support to the sales and estimating teams
- Attend weekly meetings to ensure workflow are being adhered to
- Prepare site files complete with all current project documentation
- Lead by example and build a team that delivers high quality customer service
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Adhoc Administration duties
- 3+ years experience within the residential construction sector in a similar role is essential
- Onsite companion experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of preconstruction processes, contracts, and approvals.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused with a proactive and professional approach.
