The Opportunity:
As a Prestart Consultant, you will take on a diverse role providing expert guidance and support throughout the Prestart process. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery whilst providing a high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage projects per guidelines and customer expectations
- Update Framework with finance details
- Cross-check working drawings with contract schedule, raise variations as required
- Guide clients through the building process, material and colour selections document
- Prepare and send final documents, Addenda, and Variations
- No Construction Client Liaison
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to client service and is motivated to build their career with a company they’re proud to stand behind
- 2+ years of experience working as a prestart consultant specialising in multiple storey homes
- Proficient in reading and interpret plans and contracts
- Forward-thinking, collaborative, encouraging, with an approachable attitude
- Exceptionally high attention to detail and Customer-centric focus
- Strong organisational abilities and Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
