The Opportunity:
As a Prestart Consultant, you will take on a diverse role providing expert guidance and support throughout the Prestart process. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery whilst providing a high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage the Prestart process with clients following the completion of all selections by the interior designer
- Explain and interpret plans to clients, including Site Plans and specific site features
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain and review quotes as required
- Coordinate drafting and the preparation and issue of final documentation
- Track and follow up on finance approvals to maintain project timelines
- Monitor council approvals and ensure timely completion
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to client service and is motivated to build their career with a company they’re proud to stand behind
- 2+ years of experience as a Prestart Consultant working for a custom home builder
- Candidates with 2+ years experience working for a project home builder considered
- Forward-thinking, collaborative, encouraging, with an approachable attitude
- Ability to consistently meet project timeframes and deadlines
- Exceptionally high attention to detail and Customer-centric focus
