Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management — Own the client journey from contract signing to construction commencement
- Primary Client Contact — Liaise with customers and internal departments throughout the pre‑start process
- Pre‑Start Meetings — Schedule and host pre‑start appointments and other client meetings
- Plan & Specification Review — Interpret building plans and assist clients with design changes and selections
- Variation & Documentation Management — Update addendas, sketches and documentation for drafting and estimating
- Final Documentation Checks — Complete final reviews of plans, variations and client documents
- Issue Resolution — Capture concerns, prepare change requests and coordinate resolution
- Workflow Monitoring — Track pre‑start progress using internal systems and dispatch tasks as required
- Stakeholder Liaison — Work closely with architects, engineers, trades, suppliers and internal teams
- Client Communication — Provide fortnightly written updates and consistent phone communication
- Strong product knowledge across materials, finishes, and suppliers
- Excellent communication skills with confidence in client‑facing environments
- High attention to detail and ability to review plans, variations, and specifications accurately
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines with consistency and precision
- Willingness to learn — training and support can be provided for the right candidate
- Salary up to $90,000 + super(depending on experience)
