The Role:
You’ll be the driving force behind sourcing and securing the materials that keep projects moving. From negotiating unbeatable deals to ensuring deliveries land on site exactly when needed, you’ll play a major part in project success and cost efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
- Hunt down the best suppliers and pricing through savvy market research.
- Negotiate strong terms, contracts, and delivery schedules.
- Own budgets and purchasing spend with a cost smart mindset.
- Build and nurture supplier relationships that deliver real value.
- Ensure every material meets strict project standards.
- Coordinate logistics so materials arrive on time, every time.
- Keep procurement records, contracts, and data sharp and accurate.

- Proven procurement or purchasing experience in construction.
