Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to support the Production Manager and day-to-day operations.

About the Role
The Production Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Production Manager by coordinating daily and weekly production schedules, monitoring job progress, and ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are met. This is a hands-on coordination role requiring strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
  • As Production Coordinator you will support the Production Manager with daily and weekly production scheduling
  • This Production Coordinator will coordinate and monitor job progress to ensure production timelines are met
  • The Production Coordinator will liaise with production teams to address workflow, resource, or scheduling issues
  • This Production Coordinator will maintain and promote high standards of product quality
  • The Production Coordinator will ensure workplace health and safety standards are consistently followed
  • A key role for the Production Coordinator is to assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient production environment
  • Manage inventory levels to support uninterrupted production
  • Maintain accurate production documentation and records
  • Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities within production operations
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or coordination role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with inventory management and production documentation
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work across teams
  • Sound understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
  • High attention to detail with a focus on quality and efficiency
