Our client is renowned for building homes across South Australia and has been in the building industry for over 30 years, specialising in volume home projects.
Due to growth and a forward order book of projects, they are looking for an experienced Production Estimator to join their team. You will be reporting to the Estimating Manager/Senior Estimator.
Key Duties Include:
- Supporting internal and external stakeholders during the construction phase.
- Ensuring consistency between plans, documentation, and purchase orders.
- Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and other professionals.
- Ensure estimating formats and procedures deliver optimum. performance in terms of speed and accuracy.
- Coordination of any Variations, RFI’s, EOI and payments.
- Minimum of 5 years of local experience with a residential construction company as an Estimator.
- Experienced in production estimating.
- Tertiary qualifications in construction or a trade background.
- Experience using Business Craft or Bluebeam is desirable.
- Experienced, friendly and collaborative team.
