Our client is a successful family-owned home builder, specialising in building lifestyle communities and transportable homes across Victoria. With a strong pipeline of projects upcoming, they have been growing quickly as a business and are looking to add an experienced estimator to their tight-knit team based in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne.

The Role:
Reporting the the Estimating Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Completing estimating take-offs and creating BOQs using Databuild.
- Contributing to the development of the costing systems & inventory.
- Reviewing and documenting amendments on architectural drawings, engineering and detailed working drawings.
- Ensuring margins are maintained throughout the job cycle.
- Liaising with site supervisors, subcontractors and suppliers.
- $90K - 110K + Super (Dependent on Experience).
- A minimum of 2+ years previous experience in residential estimating.
- Databuild experience is preferred.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and a great team player.
